In this multi-session hand-sewing class, we will create a small heirloom bunny and a handmade outfit. This class is rooted in slow craft traditions and invites attention to detail, care, and storytelling through making.
Participants will learn basic hand-sewing and embroidery techniques while working with natural fibers such as wool, cotton, and linen. We will also explore simple patterning for miniature garments and how small-scale textile work can be a playful space.
This class is appropriate for beginners and intermediate sewists, and is designed as a gentle, immersive making experience. Each participant will leave with a complete handmade character and the beginnings of its small world.
