Kim began Terra Quilting Co. as a way to share her quilts and tochallenge herself to further explore the medium of textile art. Her pieces are influenced bynature, memory, art and intuitive craft. She often experiments with natural dyes to give new lifeto secondhand textiles and repurposed garments, and adds dimension and texture to her workthrough hand-quilting, and mindful hand-stitching techniques.
