Glass Sewing Pins in Cherry Wood Box

Beautiful sewing pins enclosed in a compact cherry-wood box. 30 pins are included, featuring color-coordinated translucent and opaque glass pinheads. Pins are supple yet durable and are manufactured in Hiroshima, a city with a 300-year history of high-quality needle production. Rigorous quality control ensures unified thickness and length of pins and their ability to pierce cloth with ease. The small glass top provides more versatility.

The wooden box is made of cherry wood, which has a beautiful grain and is considered highly durable. The compact box makes it easy to carry around. The belt that holds the wooden box has a shell button in the shape of a flower. Cut from the black-lipped pearl oyster, known as a pearl-growing shell, the shell button is attractive for its glossy luster.

Handling & Care

  • Due to the use of natural wood, the box has individual differences in color and grain.
  • Be careful not to get wet, as this may cause stains or deformation of the wooden box.
  • Gently wipe any dirt on the surface of the wooden box with a dry cloth.
  • Dropping or strong impact may cause damage to the wooden box and the shell button.
  • Due to the nature of shell, there are individual differences in the shape, color, and surface texture of the buttons.
  • If you pull hard on band clasps with shell button, the shell button or the elastic may break.
  • The needle tip is sharp, so please be careful not to lose or when handling.
  • Please do not use for any purpose other than sewing.
  • Wipe off sweat and grease after use to prevent discoloration and rusting.
  • The glass top is handmade, so there are individual differences in size and pattern.
