Purple/Blue Palate Palette Cookbook explores the taste of purple and its sibling blue. The Taste Curators explore the meanings behind this cool and creative duo and their full flavor spectrum in 27 recipes.

We are excited to announce a sensorial evening with The Taste Curators, a wife duo from Brooklyn who intersect food, fashion, and color. They have created a cookbook series called Palate Palette, where they merge the flavor palates of food with the color palettes of design.

Join TATTER founder Jordana Martin as she discusses with The Taste Curators their process for creating their brand and cookbook series as well as the crossovers in food, fashion, and color. The event will include tasting dishes from their recent Purple/Blue Palate Palette cookbook that have been paired with objects from the TATTER Blue Library collection. Each of the bites have been designed to ‘taste’ like an object's texture, color, material or emotion.

Contact us at info@tatter.org if you have any questions.
