Each of these hand-painted, hand-dyed shoulder bags by Gasali Adeyemo is one-of-a-kind. Made in his Santa Fe studio from fabric scraps, this bag can be worn as a tote or crossbody.
PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE ONE OF A KIND NATURE OF THESE BAGS THE PATTERNS MAY VARY. ALL BAGS ARE BLUE.
Gasali Adeyemo, a Nigerian batik artist, learned his craft at the Nike Center for Arts and Culture in Osogbo. After studying there and teaching for several years, his artwork was exhibited in Germany. As a result, his artistic career began to bloom and he now teaches and exhibits nationally and internationally. Gasali presently resides in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
